PLASMAGE® FOR SKIN REJUVENATION AND LIFTING

In principle, PLASMAGE® is suitable for tightening and smoothing all areas of the skin. It is particularly effective for treating drooping eyelids or lip wrinkles. PLASMAGE® can also be used for wrinkles around the mouth or eyes that are difficult to treat. Atmospheric plasma is generated by discharging electrical energy when the tip of the needle is placed approximately 0.5 mm close to the skin. However, no electric current flows through the body. This technology allows heating of the tissue without damaging the outer skin with heat. This minimizes the risk of side effects (especially pigment damage) due to overheating of the tissue. At the same time, the treatment eliminates the existing germs, which allows fast healing without scarring or infections. The treatment is suitable for all skin types. In our clinic, the MEDICAL INN center, we frequently use it for this purpose:

PLASMAGE® should not be confused with plasma treatments offered by cosmetologists, as there are major differences between the two treatment methods. For example, plasma pens may be used by almost all cosmetologists, since you only treat with low frequencies. PLASMAGE®, on the other hand, may only be used by physicians, since they work with high frequencies. In addition, PLASMAGE® shows faster, better and more effective results due to its higher application intensity.

Prior to the treatment, we will hold a detailed informative meeting in which we will discuss your goals and expectations with you in order to establish a realistic result of the PLASMAGE® treatment. You will also receive all important information regarding preparation, execution and aftercare. So that you are aware of the result, we take photos of the areas to be treated. On the day of treatment, you will be given a light anesthetic cream to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you. Then your attending specialist disinfects the appropriate areas and cools them for a few minutes. After that, he or she will run the PLASMAGE® head over your skin. The micro-wounds on the skin's surface stimulate your skin to renew itself and produce more collagen. This causes your skin to look firmer and more even. It also makes stretch marks or pigmentation spots paler or disappear completely. A few days after the treatment, a light scab will form, which will heal naturally after 3-5 days. You can support the wound healing with Bepanthen or zinc ointment (2 times a day). We recommend that you avoid makeup and strong friction during this time to further support the process. Once everything has healed, we take photos again in our clinic to document and visualize the result.

Depending on the initial situation and wishes, we perform 1 or 2 treatments. If 2 sessions are necessary, this is done at an interval of about 10 days. You will be able to see the final result about 2 weeks after the last appointment in our clinic, the MEDICAL INN center. You will notice the first changes the very next day.
