It's simple! You apply for your financing online or ask us for a medipay financing application. You fill it out, sign it and send it directly to medipay. medipay will then contact you and take care of all the processing and correspondence from that point on. With the credit approval you will receive the medipay confirmation form. This releases the approved amount for payment to us when the payment obligation arises.

In principle, medipay partial payment is open to all persons who have their primary residence in Germany and no negative Schufa entries, are employed or retired and have a disposable income. In the case of students/trainees or housewives, a second borrower (parent, child, spouse or partner from the same household) can be added if the above requirements are met.
