Before your first BOTOX® injection at the MEDICAL INN center, you will have a medical consultation with one of our reputable plastic and cosmetic surgery physicians. This is also the case if you have already had wrinkle treatment with BOTOX® in another clinic. During this consultation, you will explain to your doctor what your needs are and what you expect from the treatment. Moreover, you will receive a detailed description of the procedure so that you are prepared for everything. The doctor will, of course, answer all your questions in detail.
Before the procedure, we take pictures of the area to be treated in order for you to directly see the improvement due to the treatment.
The treatment is performed with a very fine needle, which you will hardly feel. On request, we will apply a light anesthetic cream so that you will not even notice the tiny punctures. The muscle that is treated will gradually weaken. For this reason, it may take up to 2 weeks before you can see the final result in the mirror. Depending on your skin type, the effect lasts about 3-6 months.
When the effect wears off, we perform another BOTOX® injection at any time to continue smoothing your skin as much as possible. The entire procedure takes about 15 minutes. Afterwards, you can go home and continue your usual daily routine. In some cases, redness or slight swelling will form around the injection sites. These will completely disappear over the next few days.

Like any other active ingredient, BOTOX® can also cause undesirable effects. These generally occur very rarely:

The purpose of treatment with BOTOX® is to smooth out the fine lines and wrinkles on your body. The treatment will not radically alter your facial expressions or appearance, nor will your face look "frozen." No, BOTOX® is not intended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. You can start treatment at any time after breastfeeding.
